Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Transcribe Video: To The Text mobile application (the "App") operated by Daniial Zagidullin PR Beograd ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

The App provides video and audio transcription services. You can select media files from your device, and the App will generate text transcriptions of the spoken content.

Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers subscription-based access to its features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and processed by RevenueCat on our behalf.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of your selected plan.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree that you will:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not use the App to transcribe content that you do not have the right to process or distribute.
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App.
• Not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service.

Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the media content you submit for transcription and the resulting transcriptions. We do not claim any ownership over your content. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the transcription service.

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, features, and branding, is the intellectual property of Daniial Zagidullin PR Beograd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that transcriptions will be completely accurate, error-free, or uninterrupted. The quality of transcription may vary depending on audio quality, background noise, accents, and other factors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Daniial Zagidullin PR Beograd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Belgrade, Serbia.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
