• Subscription Data — purchase history and subscription status, processed through RevenueCat and Apple's App Store.

• RevenueCat — manages subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes transaction data and subscription status on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal information. We share your data only with the third-party service providers listed above, and only to the extent necessary to operate the App and process payments. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. Media content submitted for transcription is processed and not stored longer than necessary to deliver the transcription result. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at dz@synapse.global.

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
